No data displayed on the map

I'm using the last version of CKAN 2.10, and I'm trying to follow the instruction of your example of the internet usage across the world. I downloaded the csv file and the geojson file linked in your page. I followed the instruction but the map is displayed without data.

I have tried several times but cannot solve the problem. Any suggestions?
I stored the two files in the same dataset (the csv file in the DataStore).

Start by reproducing the CKAN 2.10 internet-usage example with the downloaded CSV and GeoJSON files, keeping the CSV in the DataStore as described. Inspect the map view and its dataset configuration to determine why the map renders without data; done means the example displays the expected map data.
