Create a development server that serves up the contents similar to github

This would allow seeing the rendering in a way that it would appear on github. Additionally, this opens the door for it to be supported on other platforms. Github's wiki rendering is based on https://github.com/gollum/gollum, however it has some interesting dependencies and is not easy to setup.
