Can cv upgrade Civi?

It's not clear from the documentation or `cv help` whether the "install" command can be used to upgrade Civi.

Is there a process for using `cv` to upgrade Civi? (specifically within a WordPress single install).

I've been using this for the past couple of years, but it's giving me issues. Rather than fix it, I thought I'd see whether `cv` can do the same job.
