Description

Hello,
When using the command "cv status", it retrieves the PHP version of the cli and not the version of the instance

in the image it shows 8.1 while the php version is 8.3.

Research direction

Start with the `cv status` command and reproduce the report using separate CLI and HTTP-server PHP versions. Trace where each version is obtained, then verify that the status output identifies the instance's PHP version rather than only the CLI version.
