Fire a function on scroll down/up

Hey! I am really enjoying react-waypoint and would be very eager to know if there is a possibility to fire a function not when the Waypoint component enters viewport but rather when the page is scrolled iteself. I intentd to use it for hiding/showing navigation header on scroll. Thanks!

Review the Waypoint component and its current viewport-entry behavior first. A complete resolution would need a settled API and tests showing callbacks for page scroll down and up, but the issue names no files or existing tests.
