**Describe the bug**
Preview button on edit page appears not to work because popup blockers prevent new tab from opening.
**URL**
Any page in edit mode
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to an existing page to edit.
2. Click on 'Preview'.
**Current behavior**
Page saves. Popup blocker icon appears in URL bar. Clicking to allow popups from the site allows new preview tab to open.
**Expected behavior**
A new page should open in a new tab in any browser.
