We would love to have a brief meet and greet with you on [PROPOSED TIMES] to tell you about the project. My understanding is that [USER NAMES] are the Drupal users for your department, but please let me know if I missed any. The following are the pages we are migrating over. Please let us know of any corrections to these pages within two weeks so that we can address them. We will not make any other changes to the information and you do not need to take any action if there are no changes needed. Your department’s pages and links that are currently found on austintexas.gov will still work and will connect residents with the information they are looking for.
