Users will need to have a record of what migration means and how we made decisions in their dept's transition. A sheet in the content inventory records for each page that shows:
Where the information used to live
Where the information now lives
Topic, Topic Collection and theme
Notes (for example about choices to split, omit, combine information)
An email is sent to the WebSPOC(s) with this information
Prep DNS
Read receipt
An invitation to a Joplin on-boarding session
Groom the issues for this epic, including content debt issue, as necessary
Ask if there are going to be any admin users
