Revisions not showing up in preview on Joplin

## Describe the bug
I made some edits/additions to the Sustainability dept. page. The first round of edits (a supervisor bio) showed up in preview. The second round of revisions (copy in the "what we do" and "mission" sections along with a banner image) do not. I have saved and pressed preview many times and they never show up.

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior
example:
1. Go to the Dept. page draft in Joplin for Office of Sustainability
2. Add some text, press preview or save draft then preview
3. View lack of update in preview tab.

## Expected behavior
I expect new revisions to show up in preview mode when i save.

## Device and browser
Chrome, MacBook air

Start by reproducing the issue in Joplin using the Office of Sustainability draft and the provided preview URL. Compare the saved draft with preview after changing the “what we do” and “mission” copy and banner image. Done means all saved revisions appear in preview mode.
