**Describe the content debt.**
-Fix readability. It is at the college level currently
-On austintexas.gov version, there are inline historical images and a graphic map. We need to come back to these and make a choice to either include them somehow or eliminate.

**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
I think the historical images have a case for being important. The map is less necessary.
