Description
**What is the URL?**
https://joplin.herokuapp.com/admin/pages/712/edit/?next=/admin/pages/712/edit/#tab-content
- [ ] Update this when drafts are live ⬆️
**Have you documented this via the author notes field in Joplin?**
- [x] Yes!
- [ ] No, but I'll do it now
**Describe the content debt.**
- Review analytics for traffic and download links
- Do user research to find out who uses these reports and for what purpose(s)
1. This entire page is data locked in PDFs. Let's turn those into data sets on the open data portal. [See this example of a Sustainability report made into a data story](https://data.austintexas.gov/stories/s/32xy-99jr) instead of a pdf.
2. One of the reports is [Food Access in Austin](https://austin.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=ddf4807ce0ad4304a8fef38f769ab14b), an Esri Story Map site. We can link to it but not upload it as an official document. For now it'd work as a link on the "[Improving food access](https://www.austintexas.gov/page/improving-food-access)" page.
3. The original page included at the bottom:
> Related Links
> Other Regional Research and Reports https://www.austintexas.gov/page/other-regional-research-and-reports
> Improving Food Access in Austin https://www.austintexas.gov/page/improving-food-access
Deleting these for now, but logging content debt in case it makes sense to reincorporate any of that content later.
**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
Archive any reports not being used and make data sets or story maps for every report being used, then delete this page.
**What approvals will be needed to publish this content change?**
