Sustainability content debt: Green business leaders

**What is the URL?**
We are transitioning the Office of Sustainability and they have these two pages which present a potential policy issue. @srigdon will follow up with her policy expertise, and if/when ready, @ablangworthy27 will draft.

**Describe the content debt.**
-Condensing content, and determining where the first level of businesses are featured. Content mentions 3 levels of success in the green business program, but so far, I can only find gold and platinum level pages.
-Potentially figuring out if/how to use logos
-Potentially drafting a new page.

**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
I think, if featuring logos on the City website is an outdated incentive, then lets eliminate any language about it in the existing draft about Green Business Leadership (service page and form).
