**Describe the content debt.**
For the form:
-Connect Sustainability person with formstack for submissions.
-Change link in confirmation message
-Find out about confirmation email content (the email didnt' work for me when tested)

For the service page:
They have two pages of businesses that are participating, featuring logos/links. This may be a policy issue. @srigdon is looking into it. We have not transitioned these pages as of now.
