Description
*Make sure to add the label "Content debt." If available, add the appropriate "Content type" or "Feature" label.*
**What is the URL?**
TBD, not published yet but the title is City strategies for climate change resilience and adaptation
**Have you documented this via the author notes field in Joplin?**
- [x] Yes!
- [ ] No, but I'll do it now
**Describe the content debt.**
1. Address the link lists.
-Ultimately, get rid of them
-make sure to update links when we do the transitions for those depts.
2. Some of these docs are very old, can we remove?
3. Austin.gov page has a youtube clip about forest fires, which I did not include because I am not sure of the source. Didn't want to spend too much time.
4. Needs to be run through Hemingway for reading level
5. Right now, there is another page (or two) to be drafted about climate change. Are these redundant? Can they be shortened and combined? I also considered making this an official doc collection, but that might be a stretch.
Here is the original issue for this page:

**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
**What approvals will be needed to publish this content change?**

Research direction
Start with the original issue #4846 and review the unpublished City strategies content described here. Resolve the link lists and outdated pages, assess the forest-fire video source, review reading level with Hemingway, and decide whether related climate-change pages should be combined; confirm required approvals before publication.
