## Overview
Original design issue: https://github.com/cityofaustin/techstack/issues/4837
Highlight matched keywords in page descriptions [when available]. I've seen this accomplished with the HTML5 tag, as well as the tag.
## Criteria
- [ ] highlight all matched search terms in the `page description` section, don't highlight page titles
- [ ] background color: `#FEE685` or ` USWDS: 'yellow-10v'`
