Description
### 1. As a resident I want to see who made the media I see on the website so I can learn that information and reach out to the creator.
### 2. As a content author I want a place to put credits for media I put on a page so I can create resident-focused content that credits its creators' work.

If we want to credit media creators on Janis, we don't currently have a design for that.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
A place to enter author credits in Joplin and design for it on Janis.
