Description
As a new Joplin user, I want to see the language in the CMS align with the language that is used in the style guide and other onboarding materials.
Currently, on the Add a user page, the terms "Editors" and "Moderators" is being used. Lets change that to "Authors" and "Publishers".
Acceptance criteria:
- [ ] New labels show on the user page in joplin and joplin-staging
