Description
Joplin is a new experience for everyone. We want to know how it's going.
- [ ] Look into servicenow: have users from this dept contacted us via the feedback form in Joplin?
- [ ] Scan the content according to user to see if they have a lot of abandoned drafts, duplicates, titles that don't fit the convention, etc.
- [ ] make high level recommendations for follow up message
- [ ] Close this issue when: follow up (in whatever form it takes) has happened
