## Describe the bug
On the English tab in Joplin, the rich text bar shows spanish translations on some, but not all, items in the bar. See images for examples.

## Current behavior
A clear and concise description of what happened
## Expected behavior
I expect English on hover in the English tab. Unsure whether alternate languages should present on other tabs. Will review with content.
