When the page is in Spanish and loading the word Loading is in English instead of Spanish

## Describe the bug
when the website loads it and it is in Spanish the word "Loading..." Appears in the screen instead of the word "Cargando..."

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior
example:
1. Go to https://janis-v3-4621-preview.netlify.app/es/preview/official_document_collection/UGFnZVJldmlzaW9uTm9kZToxMDY4#page=1
2. Wait until it loads
3. select Spanish and click in the first PDF doc after it opens click the back arrow of the browser
4. Page says Loading... then after it loads it loads in Spanish

## Current behavior
A clear and concise description of what happened

## Expected behavior
If the user is on the site in Spanish and any transition from one page to another triggers a loading... page the word should be in Spanish ("Cargando...")

This is not a pressing issue since it is unlikely to find a Loading page on the actual site, but still it is an issue.
