In a case like below, we need to consolidate the presentation of pages of a guide to just show a guide card, with the guide icon.

Acceptance criteria:
- [ ] On topic pages, pages that belong in a guide are not shown individually
- [ ] On topic pages, guides that are assigned to a topic show as a guide, with the guide icon.
