Goal: Brainstorm and document the current existing process flow for assigning role on Drupal 8, to find out the existing process flow for assigning permission roles on Drupal 8 with CPIO.
Expected learnings:
- What is the process look like for CPIO when assigning the Drupal 8 permissions for other City of Austin departments?
- Communication between the City of Austin departments and CPIO or Admins for assigning roles.
- Find out the opportunities to improve in the permission roles governance process?
