Description

Ideas we've seen in response to the pandemic that could be helpful:

**Locations**
- Temporary closure: "You can mark your business or any of your locations as temporarily closed on Google. If your business temporarily closes or is seasonal, your customers will be up to date." via Google Maps: https://support.google.com/business/answer/9790266?hl=en&ref_topic=4596687

**Events**
- Label: add a `Postponed` option, similarly to how we have `Canceled`

**Topic collection**
- Special styling for a COVID-19 `topic collection`

**URL and structuring**
- Wrt Covid-19, a new top-level page is created, and then that page links to other content. Each article contains the `sub nav` for the related pages. Our topic structure handles this better, I think, as the URL structure is better. But additional thinking around this would be good. Also publishing/unpublishing by topic (-tori)

**Service status dash**

Boston.gov has a block on their homepage that indicates the status of major city services, and include a short description with critical information.
