Description
User research to determine what City staff need to effectively use digital media on the website.
This may include a (workflow or technical) integration with Digital Asset Management Software (DAMS). CPIO has performed an evaluation of potential DAMS that would give City staff a shared searchable repository for managing digital assets not only for austin.gov use but also for use across other media.
