Description

### As a content author, I want the ability to update a single page without rebuilding the entire website, so that I don't have to wait 6 minutes to see my changes.

- [ ] **All content types**: A page builds with the updated content at all possible URLs
- [ ] Page title updates in:
- [ ] Topics
- [ ] Topic collections
- [ ] Homepage
- [ ] Top pages on a department page
- [ ] **Events**: When event information (title, date, time, location, price info, registration info) is updated in an event page, that information also updates on the events list and homepage views
- [ ] **Guides/info/service**: when a user publishes a new information or service page, if that page lives within a guide, it is updated there too
- [ ] **Location**: When location information (title, address) is updated on a location page, that information also updates anywhere a location info appears
- [ ] service (step with locations)
- [ ] department page (in contact card)
- [ ] event
- [ ] **Contact snippet**: When an updated contact snippet is saved, the content updates on every page that snippet appears
- [ ] info page
- [ ] service
- [ ] department page
- [ ] event
- [ ] guide
- [ ] Updating the **footer** (page label or URL) (https://github.com/cityofaustin/techstack/issues/2950) updates on every page on the site
- [ ] **Topics**: When a topic title is updated, it updates in all topic collections
- [ ] **Topic collection**: When a topic collection title is updated, it updates in meganav
- [ ] when we get there, anything added to the **homepage**

### maybe deprioritize, because we're hardly using this anymore
- [ ] **Map snippet**: When an updated map snippet is saved, updates on every page that snippet appears
