Description
### As a form creator, I want to be able to add a text block within a form without having to worry about how it will style, so all forms can have consistent style.
Formstack has the affordance to add a "description area", which gives users A LOT of control over text display, including text size, color, etc. The default text size displays really small within our forms (see the conversation [here](https://github.com/cityofaustin/techstack/issues/3273#issuecomment-589294488) for more details). Is text size and other related styling something we can control via our theme?
