Type display in description areas on forms

As an austin.gov user I want the text on forms to look the same so that I can read the text more easily.

I made a test form where you can see this

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior
example:
1. Go to [formstack builder](https://cityofaustin.formstack.com/admin/form/dashboard/folder/uncategorized)
2. Click on 'create form'
3. add a description are
4. view live form
5. see tiny text

I can change the size to anything I want too.
Maybe we should limit the editing in these fields.
