Description

## Describe the bug
When I click "Create new content" and change my mind, I can't go back or close the window unless I select a content type and then close from there.

https://joplin.herokuapp.com/admin/pages/search/

## To Reproduce UPDATED!!
Steps to reproduce the behavior
example:
1. Go to [Joplin content list](https://joplin.herokuapp.com/admin/pages/search/)
2. **type anything into the search bar then delete it**
3. Click on 'create new content'
4. See the 'Select a content type' window
5. Change your mind about creating new content and decide to close the window.
6. See lack of way to close window

This bug has a few variations depending on how you've interacted with the search bar or create content button previously in the window.

## Expected behavior
I clicked outside the 'Select a content type' window expecting that the window would close w/ outside click

## Additional context
When I opened the create content window, I thought "hey, maybe the page I want already exists!" That's why I changed my mind and decided to search for the page. If I didn't know that there was an option to close the window once I'd selected a content type, I'd be stuck and maybe think I froze the computer. It was frustrating because I expected a way to close the window.
