Formstack (comission form) UI debt

- [ ] gender and race options: more spacing between options (radio and checkbox). check on mobile, they might be too close together which could lead to a resident making the wrong selection
- [ ] long answer questions: these (may) need headings
- [ ] character counts label: the label we use for the feedback component is: "Character limit: 0 of X"
- [x] save and resume modal: text size, typeface, button colors
- [x] save and resume screen: default styling, looks inconsistent from Janis
- [ ] file upload: "remove file" shows when there isn't a file uploaded, button colors (potentially)
- [ ] "Save and Resume Later" > "Save and resume later"
- [x] confirmation page: not using Janis styling
