**Have you documented this via the author notes field in Joplin?**
- [x] Yes!
- [ ] No, but I'll do it now
**Describe the content debt.**
The program manager said they have signage available to borrow, but would like to create some sort of request form that would allow them to select the signs and the # they need (based on the # available), along with the details of the event (when, what, their name, etc.)
**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
A form that confirms request with the applicant and connects them to the program manager
**Is this related to a feature request issue? (Add the issue number below and add the issue as a dependency.)**
No, we have the tools we need to accomplish this.
**What approvals will be needed to publish this content change?**
This would go through the program manager (ltfa@austintexas.gov / possibly Ashley LeMaistre and Anna Lassmann (PIO) for approval.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked Austin.gov preview page and the author notes in Joplin. Clarify the available signage and approval workflow with the program manager, then define completion as a form that captures event details, limits sign selection by availability, confirms the request, and connects the applicant with the program manager.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
