Do some 'real-world' joplin load tests

## Describe the bug
Now that we've added a variety of load-testing/performance monitoring stuff, I'd like to do just a little more testing involving the team:
1) Can we all try logging in at once and using joplin and how that affects memory & response time,
2) can we try uploading multiple docs at a time like how Jo and Sarah were before and have it not break or timeout

Granted, this could also come up naturally soon if we have a time that we expect to be busy or have more traffic on joplin, but we could also intentionally schedule it. Shouldn't take too long.
