Document type and size display for document links

- [ ] When a link to a document is added within a rich text block, on Janis, the document type and size displays in a parenthetical after the link, styling the same as on an official document.

### As a resident, I want to know that a link opens a document (like a PDF or a word doc) and its size, so that I set expectations for what's on the other side of my click.

On official documents pages, we autogenerate document types and file size on Janis. In #3537, we'll be reinstating the ability to add a document link within a rich text block. We'd like the links within rich text blocks to have the same design pattern.
