## Describe the bug
I saved a draft of [Help prevent diabetes](https://joplin.herokuapp.com/admin/pages/202/edit/#tab-content) and navigated away to 'Pages'—the window 'Are you sure you want to leave this page?' appears even though I've saved.

## To Reproduce
1. Go to 'Joplin editor'
2. Add a topic
3. Save as preview
4. Navigate away
5. See error
## Expected behavior
I expect to be able to navigate away after saving without a window popping up and making me doubt that I've saved.
