Recollect calendar view, reminders, and printing

### As a resident of Austin, I want to easily be able to find my trash/recycling/compost/bulk pickup schedule, print it, and get reminders, so that I know when to take out the trash!

Keri in ARR made this request re: Recollect data:

The options to sign up for reminders and print the calendar are missing as well, and those are important. We want people to sign up for the reminders because we have the capability to send a short message to them alongside their reminders.

The trash/recycling page says you can sign up for reminder or print out your calendar, but our widget currently doesn't allow it! That's a problem.

What we're calling `Collection Schedule` on Joplin is the app our forebears created at a hackathon. The goal was to move away from the `Recollect` app (also available on Joplin) because it was not accessible or mobile friendly.

Pros of `Collection Schedule`:
- Mobile friendly!
- Accessible!
- Translated!

Cons of `Collection Schedule`:
- Can only see a month out (a common complaint to [Alpha feedback issues](https://github.com/cityofaustin/alpha-feedback/issues))
- No printing option (a less frequent complaint on [Alpha feedback issues](https://github.com/cityofaustin/alpha-feedback/issues), but also a stakeholder request)
- No reminder sign-up (Haven't gotten any feedback on this from [Alpha feedback issues](https://github.com/cityofaustin/alpha-feedback/issues), but also a stakeholder request)
