Municipal court is mandated by City Council to include the "exact language" of the Alternative Payment Options document anywhere that a payment to the court can be collected.

I want to understand what *specific language* on the current document is mandatory by law and rewrite the page in plain language as allowed by law.

**What is the long-term, ideal solution for this content debt?**
A cultural shift in city writing towards plain language as the default and creation of informaiton pages rather than uploading PDFs.
