Description
Considerations:
- [ ] Label should be changed to match tasks
- [ ] Header should remain between all selections of type
- [ ] This first view of "home" will likely mean little to authors; probably should skip this and show next level down, ie, don't make them click the arrow button, which they would have to do *every* time.
- [ ] Think through if there are other contexts which may make only certain pages available to them, based on dept, author, etc.
- [ ] Instructional text should change according to task
