Description

### As a content editor, I want a flexible data model so that I am able to assign relationships between content types in different directions.

In #2792, devs are exploring how we might be able to set up our data model for a many-to-many relationship.

We need to define the directionality & ideal user experience for our polyhierarchy.

@toribr to explore what the ideal experience for assigning content relationships before we build Joplin 3.0.
