Switch a page between content types

This is just me asking for trouble, but I could foresee a use in the future when content authors might need to convert a page's content type to another type due to editorial changes.

In order do so currently, you'd have to make a new page and delete the old page, which kinda loses the editorial history.

Potentially, certain users could change a page type, which would provide options for how to migrate content over between types or indicate what content would be lost.

This is def some far future stuff.
