Preview on Joplin is excessively blinky

Currently when previewing, joplin saves which causes a flashing in the current window prior to opening a new browser tab with the preview.

Can we simple open a new browser tab with a loading icon FIRST, so we aren't subject to all the flashing and wagtail saving hijinks?

1. Go to Joplin
2. Edit a page
3. Click "preview"
