Description
- [ ] consider edit flow - can the text link directly? can this be done without "edit" buttons?
- [ ] consider "add" flow
- [ ] do more testing on 'review' and accordions, ie, should question show if no data was entered?
- [ ] improve visual design
- [ ] help text should not show in review - makes it look actionable, ie, "type in the location or drag the map" shows on location but the user has to click edit to make changes.
