When do we save a users info?

This might be too early for the prototype. But...

- If a user starts a page, and goes back, then returns to the partially completed page, their info should be saved.
- Do we save on Next/Back button clicks? Do we save on field focus changes?
- Do we save using browser local storage, etc, etc

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the prototype's page navigation and any existing form-state handling, then clarify when partial input must persist and whether browser local storage is in scope; the issue is done only after those behaviors and acceptance criteria are agreed.
