The documentation is missing an example of approximate count(distinct)

The README and every example I can find using this extension talks about rollup tables.

However, the most basic use of this extension surely must be for approximate `count(distinct)`.

I have no idea how to do that, so please add the most basic use-case to the documentation before the more advanced use-cases.
