Description
Hi,
I have servers in different time zones, and I know that pg_cron schedules jobs by default in UTC. Is there any way to schedule jobs based on the server's local time zone instead of UTC?

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing how pg_cron currently applies UTC scheduling and review PostgreSQL time-zone behavior; define the expected local-time semantics and tests needed to show that scheduling uses the server's local time zone.
