Reduce number of options in our Getting Started page (evaluate)

Today, when I visit our homepage, almost all items I'm interested in are in the Getting Started Tab. These include:

* What is Citus?
* Concepts
* Docker (Mac or Linux)
* Multi-tenant Applications / Real-time Analytics: This is probably terminology that's new to most of our users
* Use cases

I suspect 80% of people who are visiting our webpage will be interested in one of these five items. However, I think we provide too many options in one tab.

Can we break out the Getting Started tab into two tabs and reduce the number of options in each tab?

Maybe one tab is about installing and running our tutorials. Another tab is about explaining Citus, concepts and different use cases it's applicable for.
