Description
Due to the current direction of CentOS, a lot of long time CentOS users have migrated to Rocky Linux. Rocky Linux is what CentOS used to be, a downstream version of RHEL.
With a couple of small changes the rpm.sh script hosted at [https://install.citusdata.com/community/rpm.sh](https://install.citusdata.com/community/rpm.sh) can be updated to support Rocky Linux.
This is the patch file if anyone is interested: [rocky-linux.patch](https://github.com/citusdata/citus/files/15350449/rocky-linux.patch)

Research direction
Read the hosted rpm.sh entry point and the attached rocky-linux.patch first. Confirm the requested Rocky Linux support is represented in the script, then verify the updated installer behavior; done means rpm.sh supports Rocky Linux without regressing its existing distribution handling.
