Add pg_audit to regression tests

It could be really useful if we had tests with extensions that are used in cloud etc. pg_audit is one of them. This would make sure that we detect problems before merging them to master. At least there is a chance to detect them with tests.

As part of the release test, we can also have more tests around extensions to check compatibility with citus.
