Is supporting OUTER JOIN on non-distribution column in the roadmap?

Hi,
Currently Citus does not support outer joins on non-distribution column, will it be supported in the future? I know it is kind of difficult to implement, but this feature is really important. Besides, is there any workaround for this problem now?
