Request for a New Release

Thank you for your continuous efforts and excellent work. I appreciate all the contributions that make this project so valuable to the community.

I would like to kindly request a new release when possible.

[The latest release](https://github.com/citusdata/activerecord-multi-tenant/releases/tag/v2.4.0) was in Oct 2, 2023, which doesn't include the support for Rails 7.2 or higher. https://github.com/citusdata/activerecord-multi-tenant/pull/239

Do you happen to have any plans to release a new version?
