Description
It's possible to add labels to some k8s resources, but not Camel-K Integrations as far as I can see.
Is it possible somehow using the _'load Camel K integration test.yaml with configuration'_ step? I'm trying to clean up integrations after tests are over, but need some way to identify the yaks integrations from the post script.
Thanks in advance.

Research direction
Start by tracing the “load Camel K integration test.yaml with configuration” step and how it creates Camel-K Integration resources. Compare this with the label handling for other Kubernetes resources, then verify the post script can identify the integrations after tests finish. Done means the requested label is applied reliably and covered by an appropriate test.
