yaks upload does not work

I have downloaded and executed the [extension example](https://github.com/citrusframework/yaks/tree/main/examples/extension) but I got following error message:
`Error: error while creating deployment for source code: exit status 1`
I tried it also with the -v flag but the output was the same. How can I get more information or find the root cause of this problem?
